Yikes it's an epidemic maybe support should drop in and let us all know what their doing about it. Was too busy today to keep calling and remember other posts about using restore for software issues then reloading with mixed results so was always hesitant to go that route with little problems but this is rendering scanner useless and I can't believe everybody all at once has hardware issues with same symptom. Mine personally was OK with 1.29 definitely f****** up with 1.30 anybody home at Autel please support your product while it's under warranty not just give lip service about document this data-log that etc.

          Well just read your reply so decided to boot maxisys and stopped working  immediately but no green arrows on VCI just normal X since its not hooked up to vehicle currently. Mine is set-up to boot directly to scanner so issue is when scanner software is trying to load it stops working. Whoops like I think I saw in replies just rebooted couple more times and started to navigate and everything working but noticed wi-fi not connected since no update green arrow on updates so turned off antennae and stayed working just for s**** and giggles turned back on wi-fi and first thing I tried to do  unfortunately maxisys stopped working message. Repeated again and same result (insanity). Try it for yourself anybody and see what happens it seems update prioritized need for wi-fi connection above scanner functionality so I guess now that's broken too. I wonder what school for software these guys went to or they skipped the class about need to confirm bugs.
